At the official invitation of the U.S. Consulate General in Erbil, Asst.Prof. Dr.Talib Mz Omer, Dean of Mergasor Technical Institute, participated in the bid farewell ceremony held in honor of Pamela Hack, Deputy Consul General of the United States in Erbil, on behalf of Erbil Polytechnic University.
During the same event, which was attended by several ministers, senior officials of the Kurdistan Regional Government, and foreign consuls, Caitlin Piper was formally introduced as the new Deputy Consul General of the United States in Erbil.
