Erbil Polytechnic University announces the application for the employment of the first three and higher degrees resident outside the Kurdistan Region on the staff of the federal government
Erbil Polytechnic University announces that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the first three and higher degrees residing abroad from Tuesday 5/8/2025 can visit their colleges and institutes to fill out employment forms on the federal government.

- Graduates from 2003 to date are included provided they are not employed.
- Graduates from outside Iraq apply to their provincial universities according to their information cards.
- The applicant fills out and signs the employment application form and the code receipt form by hand.
- College and institute registries fill out online forms for graduates.
- Graduates must bring the following documents with them when applying:
- National Identity Card issued with the National Identity Card of the issued parents.
- Information card or residence document stamped in one of the provinces outside the Kurdistan Region.
- A valid mobile number (except Korrek because it does not work outside the region)
- Active student email
- Any graduate who does not visit the college registry and fill out the manual form will be excluded from receiving the code and employment.
- Currently only codes are created and in the future employment will be on federal government staff according to place of residence.
- This process applies only to the unemployed.
- This process will continue until the end of work on (2025/9/15).
- The complaint period starts from (2025/9/16) to (2025/9/30).
