Erbil Polytechnic University and TISHK International University Renew The Agreement Between Them Regarding Higher Education

On Tuesday, the 27^th of September 2022, Erbil Polytechnic University Rector Asst. Prof. Dr. Edrees Muhamad Tahir Harki received TISHK International University Rector Dr. AbdulSamad at the University Presidency.

In a meeting where the University Rector Assistant for Scientific Affairs and the International Relations Office Director were available, both parties discussed strengthening the scientific and academic relationships between them.

In another part of their meeting, Erbil Polytechnic University and TISHK International University renewed the memorandum of understanding agreement concerning higher education.

It is worth mentioning that both universities yearly conduct joint activities. Accordingly, they have signed a new agreement to continue the academic and scientific relationships.

Erbil Polytechnic University Presidency Receives SPARK International Organization of Holland Representative

On Tuesday, the 27th of September 2022, Prof. Dr. Edrees Muhamad Tahir Harki, the University Rector, received Mr. Firas Dib, the SPARK International Organization Projects Director in Iraq, and his delegation.

In a meeting where the Erbil Polytechnic University Rector was available, both parties talked about strengthening relationships and planning for new projects to be funded by SPARK.

It is worth mentioning that our university, jointly with the SPARK International Organization, conducted several scientific activities for three consecutive years.

Several Erbil Polytechnic University Students Participate In the Students’ Exchange Program At Kuala Lumpur University

Within the Works and Activities of the International Relations Office Directorate for Internationalizing the Erbil Polytechnic University, several students of our university colleges and institutes attended the students’ exchange program at Malaysia-Kuala Lumpur University. They stayed there for fifteen days, from the 1^st to the 15^th of September 2022.

Seven university students participated in the program, including scientific, academic, and cultural fields. They successfully fulfilled the process and performed several activities, such as offering the Kurdistan Flag to the patriotic Kuala Lumpur Museum and the Universities Placket to the Kuala Lumpur University. Finally, they received a Certificate of Participation from the mentioned university.

The Erbil Polytechnic University (After Evaluation and Selection Process) sends several students to technical colleges and institutes in European, Arabic, and Asian countries. It receives a group of students from these countries to get acquainted with different cultures.

Erbil Polytechnic University Arranged A Workshop For the Zankoline Committee Of Colleges and Institutes

On Wednesday, the 14th of September 2022, Erbil Polytechnic University arranged a two-day workshop for the Public Registration Director of the EPU Presidency, Dr. Sarsam Khalil Shwani, and the Head of the Electronic Registration Unit Mr. Muhamad Abdullah Abdulaziz that was about how to fill Zankoline form.

On the first day of the workshop, the presenters managed a webinar about how to fill out the Zankoline form in the colleges and institutes of the outside Erbil governorate surroundings.

On the second day, the Zankoline filling form committee of the colleges and institutes of the Erbil city Center participated in the workshop in the Celebration Hall of the University Presidency.

The workshop was specialized for teaching the Zankoline form filling (Free of Charge) by the Erbil Polytechnic University colleges and institutes committee to be able to fill the forms accurately for high school students (grade 12).
