Erbil Polytechnic University Announces Five Master degrees. Study in the English Language field for two years.
The International Relations Office Directorate in number 11216 on the 28th of November 2022, and according to the Higher Education and Scientific Research Ministry/Directorate of Envoys and Cultural Relations approval certificate number 21258 on the 22nd of November 2022, according to the memorandum of understanding agreement between the Erbil Polytechnic University and China Three Gorges University, announces for a partial scholarship at the China Three Gorges University, five seats of master degree in the English language field are allocated for the Erbil university colleges and institutes administrative staff within the approved plan of 2023 of our university. The partial scholarship includes the Study and place of residence expenses, but the pocket money and transportation expenses will be on the student.
Note:
* The documents will be according to the application conditions of instruction number (5) in 2021, the Study leaves request of the Kurdistan Region Government.
* The application procedures will be through the International Relations Office Directorate of the Erbil Polytechnic University.
Tuesday, November 29, 2022 in the presence of the President of Erbil Polytechnic University Prof. Dr. Idris Mohammed Tahir Harki, Vice President for Scientific Affairs Najib and Dean of Erbil Technology College Botan Majid Ahmad, Dean of Technical Engineering College Prof. Dr. Ayad Zaki, Director General of Scientific Research Center of our university Prof. Dr. Hemn Kakakhan and Dr. Jamal Nuri, Head of Huawei Communications in Iraq Honoring ceremony was held for 9 students of our university in the departments of Information Technology and Communication Engineering and Information Systems Engineering.
The ceremony was attended by the heads of the Departments of Information Systems Engineering and Information and Communication Technology Engineering. Head of Huawei Academy-(ICT) Center in our university Ms. Shereen Abdullah Anwar and Head of the Office of (Y.Q.K) of Erbil Polytechnic University were present.
It is worth mentioning that 60 students were selected in the first level in Iraq, fortunately 8 students were from the Department of Technology and Communication Engineering and (1) student was from the Department of Information Systems Engineering in Erbil Technical College of Engineering. Two students from the Department of Information and Communication Technology Engineering won the second round of the competition and together with four other students from Iraqi universities are scheduled to travel to the Sultanate of Oman to participate in the third round of the competition 2022, where a number of other students will be selected to participate in the global finals.
Tuesday 2022/11/29 under the supervision of Assist. Prof. Dr. Botan Majid Asngar Dean of Erbil Technology College Three seminars were presented by Mr. Arslan Hamad Hassan under the title (Fabric form concrete). The second seminar was presented by Mr. Ahmad Reza Abdulrahman under the title (Self-Healing Material Concrete). The title of the song was composed by Haji Qadir.
On Tuesday, the 29th of November 2022, in the presence of the University Rector Prof. Dr. Edrees Muhamed Tahir Harki, the Rector Assistant for Scientific Affairs Dr. Nageb Toma Bato, and the Dean of Erbil Technology College Asst. Prof. Dr. Botan Majid Ahmed, the Erbil Engineering Technical College Dean, Dr. Iyad Zaki, the General Director of the Scientific Research Center of our university Asst. Prof. Dr. Hemen Kakakhan and Dr. Jamal, the Head of Communications of Huawei Company in Iraq, awarded 9 students in the departments of Information Technology and Communication Engineering and Information Systems Engineering.
In the ceremony, the Head of both Departments of Information Systems Engineering and Information and Communication Technology Engineering, the Head of Huawei Academy Center (ICT) in our university, Ms. Shirin, the Head of the Students Union of Kurdistan in the Erbil Polytechnic University were present. Nine successful students were awarded in the annual Huawei 2022 competition.
At the beginning of the ceremony, Mr. Salar Ahmed Rasul, the Head of the Information and Communication Technology Engineering Department, presented a brief presentation on the history and activities of the department. Then in a speech, his Excellency our University Rector congratulated the successful students and the students of our university in general and thanked the Heads and staff of the departments. Later In a congratulatory message, Asst. Prof. Dr. Botan Majid Ahmed spoke about the achievements and progress of the Erbil Technology College and congratulated the successful students.
Afterward, Mr. Hussein Tovi presented the message of the Students Union of Kurdistan and congratulated the winners. Finally, the successful students expressed their gratitude and appreciation toward the Rector, Dean, Heads of departments, and lecturers of their colleges for their continuous support and encouragement to further improve their scientific level.
