ئاگاداری قوتابیانی دبلۆمی باڵا دەکەینەوە، وەک یەکێک لە پێداویستییەکانی بەدەستهێنانی بڕوانامەی دبلۆمی باڵا و پاڵپشت بە فەرمانی زانکۆیی زانکۆی پۆلیتەکنیکی هەولێر ژمارە 5630 لە 30/6/2024، سەنتەری زمانی زانکۆی پۆلیتەکنیکی هەولێر خولێکی زمانی ئینگلیزی بۆ قوتابیانی دبلۆمی باڵا دەکاتەوە.
خولەکە لە رێکەوتی 7/7/2024، دەست پێدەکات وە لە 7/8/2024 کۆتایی پێدێت. بۆ ئەم مەبەستە داوا لە قوتابیانی دبلۆمی باڵای زانکۆمان دەکەینەوە کە سەردانی سەنتەری زمانی زانکۆ بکەن لە کەمپەسی یەک بۆ خۆتۆمارکردن و ئەم پێداویستییانەی خوارەوە لەگەڵ خۆیان بهێنن:

*کارتی نیشتمانی .
تێبینی:- کرێی بەشداربوون لە خولەکە بۆ کارمەندانی زانکۆی پۆلیتەکنیکی هەولێر (50) پەنجا هەزار دینارە و بۆ بەشداربووانی دەرەوەی زانکۆمان (75) حەفتاوپێنج هەزار دینارە.

Today, Monday, the 1st of July, 2024, a delegation from the US Consulate in Erbil visited the Networking Laboratory/(CISCO) at Erbil Polytechnic University that were received by Asst. Prof. Dr. Botan Majid Asngar, the Vice Rector for Scientific and Higher Education Affairs; Prof. Dr. Keyhan Ghafoor Zrar, the Dean of the Erbil Technology College.
Recently, the US Consulate in Erbil in collaboration with IREX established a Cisco laboratory at Erbil Polytechnic University.
The equipment of this laboratory is provided by the US Consulate and IREX, which will be very useful for the curricula of both departments (ICT) in Erbil Technology College and (ISE) in the Erbil Technical Engineering College. In the near future, the curricula of these two departments will be based on networking/Cisco principles and students will benefit scientifically.
It is worth mentioning that this technology is the latest global technology that is followed in the field of networking and will have a great impact on improving the scientific level of students and our university.
This research entitled (The position of titles and images in newspaper design)، this research used the descriptive type and content analysis method،
which used both newspapers (Khabat and Erbil) as an example from (1/1/2023) to (31/9/2023).
The researcher selected (30) numbers from each newspaper and used artificial years to obtain the issues of both newspapers. This research is in the field of newspapers in general and design in particular. The researcher has tried to explain the ways that a newspaper takes to use appropriate images and titles in the whole pages and specially in the first page of (Khabat and Erbil) newspaper.
The aim of this research is to know the design of titles and images and to become familiar with the ways of designing and publishing newspapers،
also to know the position of the two genders in the design of both Khabat and Erbil newspapers. To get more information the researcher did an interview with the writer and the designer of both newspapers، and for analyzing data and informations used statistical tools based on SPSS.
The most important conclusions reached by the researcher are:
• Both Khabat and Erbil newspapers have political titles because both newspapers are political.
• Both newspapers paid great attention to political images because they are political newspapers.
• Both newspapers (Khabat and Erbil) most of the photos used on the front pages of the newspapers are (Close Up) type.
