Soran Technical College

Soran Technical College is one of the colleges of Erbil Polytechnic University, which was formerly known as Erbil Technical Education Board. During the past twenty-one years, Soran Technical College has seen progress in terms of infrastructure and has trained students in different specialties such as (artificial limbs, computers, information technology, nursing, women and obstetrics, disease analysis, business administration, legal administration and accounting). Also for this academic year, our college has admitted students in all departments in the evening system. The council of Soran Technical College has tried to open new departments according to the needs of the region and the demands of the relevant parties For the academic year (2013-2014) admitted students and awarded technical diplomas to graduates, at the request of the Ministry of Health, while the academic year (2011-2012) suspended the Department of Law Administration due to lack of quality assurance requirements. In terms of human resources, we can say that the curve of Soran is rising day by day and a large number of employees and teachers both to complete master’s and doctoral studies, continue to study inside and outside the country To continue their studies in the college. In terms of staff, the deanship of the college continuously provides services to all units to ensure that the educational process does not stop.
