I am Dr. Brzo Dizayee, I hold a Ph.D., and my scientific title is
Assistant Professor, and I am a graduate of the Academy of
Economic Studies University in Romania. My general specialty
is business administration, and my exact specialty is project
management. Currently, I am the dean of the Technical and
Administrative Institute in Erbil since 2015 until now.
