A Delegation of Erbil Polytechnic University Participates In A Scientific International Conference For Health And Medicine Specialties At the Middle Technical University

A Delegation of Erbil Polytechnic University headed by the University Rector Assistant for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Nageb Toma Bato, attended the activities of the second international scientific conference for the Medical and health fields at the Middle Technical University that was presented at the Kut Technical Institute on the 29^th to 3^rd of October.

At the margin of the conference, the University delegation conducted several interviews and meetings in which they focused on higher education and scientific research fields. They talked with the technical university representatives about joint work in the future.

Erbil Polytechnic University Rector Receives President Of Higher Kurdistan Committee Of Medical Specialty

On Wednesday, the 28th of September 2022, the Erbil Polytechnic University Rector received the Higher Kurdistan Committee Of Medical Specialty Professor Dr. Ariana Khales Jawad and her accompanying delegation.

In a meeting, the Higher Kurdistan Committee of Medical Specialty congratulated the University Rector for his new presidential position at the Erbil Polytechnic University.

In this meeting, they also shed light on the Crime Evidences Department at the Erbil Technical Medical Institute to collaborate and further develop this department.

In another part of the session, both parties discussed opening the Medical Veterinary Board, which is now under research. The delegation requested the Head of the Veterinary Department of the Erbil Technical Medical Institute to participate in the discussions that are supposed to be held with the Jordanian Medical Board.

Erbil Polytechnic University and TISHK International University Renew The Agreement Between Them Regarding Higher Education

On Tuesday, the 27^th of September 2022, Erbil Polytechnic University Rector Asst. Prof. Dr. Edrees Muhamad Tahir Harki received TISHK International University Rector Dr. AbdulSamad at the University Presidency.

In a meeting where the University Rector Assistant for Scientific Affairs and the International Relations Office Director were available, both parties discussed strengthening the scientific and academic relationships between them.

In another part of their meeting, Erbil Polytechnic University and TISHK International University renewed the memorandum of understanding agreement concerning higher education.

It is worth mentioning that both universities yearly conduct joint activities. Accordingly, they have signed a new agreement to continue the academic and scientific relationships.

Several Erbil Polytechnic University Students Participate In the Students’ Exchange Program At Kuala Lumpur University

Within the Works and Activities of the International Relations Office Directorate for Internationalizing the Erbil Polytechnic University, several students of our university colleges and institutes attended the students’ exchange program at Malaysia-Kuala Lumpur University. They stayed there for fifteen days, from the 1^st to the 15^th of September 2022.

Seven university students participated in the program, including scientific, academic, and cultural fields. They successfully fulfilled the process and performed several activities, such as offering the Kurdistan Flag to the patriotic Kuala Lumpur Museum and the Universities Placket to the Kuala Lumpur University. Finally, they received a Certificate of Participation from the mentioned university.

The Erbil Polytechnic University (After Evaluation and Selection Process) sends several students to technical colleges and institutes in European, Arabic, and Asian countries. It receives a group of students from these countries to get acquainted with different cultures.
