A delegation from Mergasor Technical Institute visited Mergasor Women’s Union Higher Center
Today, Monday, August 5, 2024, a delegation of Mergasor Technical Institute led by Dr. Talib M. Omer, Dean of the Institute, visited Mergasor Higher Center of Kurdistan Women’s Union, and was welcomed by Mrs Aveen Mohammed Khanami
On behalf of the council board members of Mergasor Technical Institute, Dr.Omer congratulated the new president and staff of the center, and highlighted the role of women in Kurdistan and the region and described them as the first teacher of life.
In other side, the head of Mergasor Women’s Higher Center expressed her pleasure with their visit. Then the Dean of the Institute expressed his readiness to provide all academic assistance to serve the women of the region in any field to further develop their skills
The Dean of the Mergasor Technical Institute participates in the final of the Kurdistan national championship
On Wednesday evening, July 24, 2024, Dr. Talib Mohammed Sharif Omar, Dean of Mergasor Technical Institute, a long with the presence of Mr. Halgord Sheikh Najib, Supervisor of Soran Independent Administration and a number of government officials and sport fans participated in the final match at Dr Farsat Sofi stadium in Soran. The match was played between Erbil and Halabja.
In the final match, Erbil won the tournament after scoring 4-3.
At the end, prizes were awarded to the best teams of the league.
Dean of Mergasor Technical Institute Visits President of French Lebanese University
On Wednesday, June 5, 2024, Dr. Talib Mohammed Sharif Omer, Dean of Mergasor Technical Institute, met with Prof.Dr.Amin Saleh Kakshar, President of the French Lebanese University.
During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance relations between their institutions and to coordinate the development of academic institutions , with a particular focus on the scientific and academic infrastructure of the Mergasor Technical Institute.
